First of all, make sure you and any occupants are safe. Call an ambulance immediately if you are concerned for someone. Once everyone is safe and secure, call your roadside assistance phone number on the windscreen if required. If the car is driveable bring it into us at Fido when we are open, and we can advise you what to do next. If the car has been towed, as it isn’t drivable, let us know immediately and we will organise a replacement vehicle within one working day.
